Dross
Melted underside residue
Dross is re-solidified melt clinging to the underside of a cut — bead-like on metals, sticky brown on bad acrylic cuts. It means the melt was not fully ejected from the kerf.
More air assist, slightly slower speed, or better under-cut clearance (honeycomb or pins) usually clears it.
