Air assist
Nozzle air clears smoke
Air assist blows a jet through the nozzle at the cut point. It clears smoke out of the beam path, suppresses flare-ups, and keeps resin off the lens — the single best upgrade for cut quality on a budget diode.
Run it strong for cuts, low for wood engraves, and off for acrylic engraving (the jet hazes the frost) and for paper (it launches the sheet).
